RenewAire is seeking a Residential ERV Product Manager to drive the full lifecycle of our Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) product line—from strategy and design to launch and ongoing optimization. What You’ll Do – Residential ERV Product Management

Product Strategy & Lifecycle

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Residential ERV line.
     
  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from concept to manufacturing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
     
  • Align products with market trends, building codes, and industry standards.
     
  • Translate market research and customer insights into actionable product requirements.
     
  • Monitor competitors, pricing, and emerging technologies to ensure market leadership.
     
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver successful product launches.
     
  • Support go-to-market plans, partner enablement, and training programs.
     

Product Marketing & Market Impact

  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and profitability.
     
  • Create sales tools, training materials, and content that communicate product value.
     
  • Analyze product performance, pricing, and placement to maximize results.
     
  • Represent RenewAire at industry trade shows and support annual budgeting initiatives.
     

Customer & Market Feedback

  • Gather and evaluate customer feedback, warranty data, and system designer input.
     
  • Use insights to inform product improvements and long-term development.
     
  • Conduct market research to ensure products meet evolving industry needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Products, or a related discipline.
     
  • 3–5+ years of product management experience with proven product launch success.
     
  • Knowledge of ERV systems, psychrometrics, or energy recovery principles preferred.
     
  • HVAC or manufactured product experience strongly preferred.
     
  • Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, Microsoft Office, and ERP/CRM systems.
     
  • Experience in physical product design processes a plus.
     
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Specific vision required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
