Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, addressing inquiries and processing payments.
  • Process customer orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate service requests.
  • Provide product and service information while troubleshooting customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Communicate with drivers and service technicians, creating work orders to ensure timely service and deliveries.
  • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with account management.
  • Perform general receptionist duties, such as managing mail, filing documents, and assisting with office administrative tasks.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience, preferably in the propane, contracting, fuel, or energy industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment
