Description
MISSION
To handle credit applications and inquiries and provide support to A/R manager and store managers in their attempts to secure terms and payments from customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Input new credit application when approved
- Respond to credit inquiries from other vendors
- Perform payment application issues
- Provide assistance to corporate staff members as needed
- Post Lock Box
- Post credit card payments
- Maintain Sales Tax exemption forms for customers
- Provide W-9 forms to customers upon request.
- Regular attendance in accordance with assigned schedule
- Ability to perform physical requirements as listed in job description
- Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management

- Customer Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. This position services Purcell store and center managers and other departments.

- Computers and Programs — Knowledge and proficient use of computer hardware and software (AS400, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Accounting software)
- Typing – Ability to type at 55 wpm
- Calculator – Efficient skill with a calculator
- Phone Systems – Ability to operate phone systems for the effective communication of information to interested parties
