The Institutional Account Manager is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and optimal utilization of Zoladex within Cancer Centers. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Oncology Nurses, hospital administrators, Cancer Agency pharmacists and multidisciplinary care teams involved in prostate cancer management.
The successful candidate will navigate complex hospital systems, integrate TerSera’s patient support program, support clinical education, and ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders to deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.

- Identify and assess market opportunities and decide on tactics in collaboration with the TerSera commercial team in order to maximize the business opportunities across the province. Achieve expected levels of activity across key customer groups
- Lead Zoladex business planning at the BC Cancer level, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing barriers to access or utilization
- Effectively generate interest and facilitate necessary institutional processes to allow for integration of the Patient Support Program
- Develop a comprehensive and effective institutional business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals. Prepares a robust account plan for each institution to achieve business objectives, including time investment and personnel resources to be best deployed
- Develop and maintain a high level of product and disease area knowledge, demonstrate ability to digest, interpret and share clinical data with customers (face to face or group environment) in a professional way
- Develop strong customer relationships by better understanding the customer’s needs and goals and communicating those needs and goals to other Company team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to integrate and generate usage of the Patient Support Program from beginning to end.
- Promotes Company products within approved labeling in a comprehensive, fair and ethical manner that is consistent with industry
- Communicate regional activity in an accurate and timely manner as directed by management
- Adhere to the Company’s compliance policies and guidelines as well as any other applicable guidelines, including but not limited to the TerSera code
- Successfully complete all Company training classes in a timely fashion
- Complete administrative duties in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Maximize use of approved resources appropriately to achieve regional and account level goals
- Function as a contributing member of a high-performance team.

Education and/or Experience: Education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.
- BS/BA Required (MBA Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required, Business or Science discipline preferred
- 10+ Years Sales / Account management experience within the related field
- Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks required
- Marketing or marketing related experience is an asset
- Experience working in a team environment which successfully partners with all Commercial Operations functions
