Description
- Ensure fish is handled carefully and placed correctly
- Open boxes of fresh and frozen fish and place product on tables or racks

- Check gel packs and report any issues to a supervisor
- Dispose of box materials properly and stack empty boxes
- Move racks to refrigeration areas as needed
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow all food safety, quality, and safety rules
- Complete other tasks as assigned by a supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
- Willing to clean work areas using approved chemicals (training provided)
- Basic English and math skills
- Production or food handling experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
