We are seeking a DELMIAWorks Administrator to join our team in our Austell office. The DELMIAWorks Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and day-to-day administration of the DELMIAWorks ERP/WMS/MES system. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of DELMIAWorks functionalities, business processes, and a proven history of successfully implementing and maintaining DELMIAWorks solutions. The DELMIAWorks Administrator will collaborate with various departments to optimize system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensure seamless integration with other business applications.
Overview and Responsibilities
- Use expertise to configure and customize DELMIAWorks to meet business requirements, while ensuring adherence to DELMIAWorks best practices.
- Provide system training and support to end-users as needed.
- Train on work order/process flows across physical departments while ensuring physical actions match the values set within the system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external customers to understand business processes and translate them into DELMIAWorks solutions.
- Work with IT to follow a standard Change Management process to utilize DELMIAWorks Sandboxes for testing and deployments.
- Partner with the IT Manager to implement and maintain automation solutions – avoiding customizations per DELMIAWorks instruction.
- Partner with the MRP Scheduler and Operations Teams (manufacturing and assembly) to ensure a successful plan is executed weekly. Also includes guidance on WIP, Routings, Inventory Control and WMS-related activities.
- Provide guidance to the Manufacturing and QA teams around MES operational settings and sampling needs.
- Partner with the BI Analyst to ensure all reporting requirements are met via the backend database.
- Preview DELMIAWorks updates and new features, with an eye toward any potential adverse impacts on customizations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience within DELMIAWorks ERP/WMS/MES (must have all 3) as a power user or administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Ability to diagnose problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of DELMIAWorks functionalities, solution development, and report creation.
- Power user of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Passion for learning new skills and teaching.
