About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager at Cascadia Healthcare, you will oversee large-scale, high-impact IT and enterprise initiatives that are critical to our technology and business strategy. You’ll provide leadership across multiple project teams and serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership. Your expertise will ensure successful delivery of complex portfolios, drive organizational change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary IT and enterprise programs with significant business impact.
- Oversee multiple project teams and mentor junior project managers.
- Develop and execute program and portfolio management strategies, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Driving risk management, change management, and issue resolution at the program level.
- Present program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards.
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement in project and program management.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or enterprise projects and programs.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex portfolios.
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Experience with executive stakeholder management and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise with portfolio management, resource planning, and enterprise PMO practices.
- Experience in mentoring and developing project management staff.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent advanced certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, cloud, or regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Microsoft Project Tools
- Proactively identifying operational and compliance risk
- Experience with M&A integration projects
- Data reporting/Dashboarding (Power BI)
- Ability to work effectively in fast paced, highly regulated environments
Salary Description
$140,000–$185,000/year, plus benefits.
