What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Chiller Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex systems that keep large facilities running. You’ll work hands-on with air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, plus commercial and industrial HVAC equipment from top manufacturers.
Your day-to-day includes:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and starting up chiller systems
- Solving real problems — not just swapping parts
- Managing your work efficiently while delivering top-tier customer service
- Building strong relationships with customers and teammates
You’ll use modern tools like Mobile-Tech to document work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets — no paper, no guesswork, just clean, efficient workflows.

- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree from an HVAC trade school preferred
- 10+ years of chiller experience with related HVAC equipment
- Universal EPA certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Flexible for overtime and weekend work when needed
- Strong communication skills
- Turbocor experience = big plus
