What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Chiller Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex systems that keep large facilities running. You’ll work hands-on with air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, plus commercial and industrial HVAC equipment from top manufacturers.

Your day-to-day includes:

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and starting up chiller systems
  • Solving real problems — not just swapping parts
  • Managing your work efficiently while delivering top-tier customer service
  • Building strong relationships with customers and teammates

You’ll use modern tools like Mobile-Tech to document work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets — no paper, no guesswork, just clean, efficient workflows.

Requirements

We value experience, accountability, and people who take pride in their work.

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree from an HVAC trade school preferred
  • 10+ years of chiller experience with related HVAC equipment
  • Universal EPA certification (required)
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Comfortable using mobile technology
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Flexible for overtime and weekend work when needed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Turbocor experience = big plus
