We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to assist in scaling our full-funnel marketing engine. This role is equal parts strategy and execution, you will contribute in the design, run, optimize, and report on the channels that drive awareness, leads, and revenue.
This is not a brand-only or content-only role. You will be a participant in performance marketing, lead generation, digital infrastructure, and HubSpot operations, working closely with Sales to drive measurable growth.

Core Responsibilities
Growth & Lead Generation
- Assist in end-to-end lead generation across paid, organic, and marketplace channels
- Support in the design and optimize funnels from first touch ? MQL ? SQL
- Partner with Sales to align on ICPs, lifecycle stages, and handoffs
- Track and improve conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution
Paid Media & Advertising
- Assist in the planning, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and marketplaces
- Collaborate in managing budgets, performance reporting, and ROI optimization
- Contribute in the testing creative, audiences, and offers to drive scalable growth
Social Media (Organic & Paid)
- Contribute to social strategy focused on reach, engagement, and demand creation
- Collaborate with internal teams or creators to produce high-performing content
- Measure performance beyond vanity metrics (traffic, leads, conversions)
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Assist in the ownership of website performance as a conversion engine
- Participate in the building and optimization of landing pages, CTAs, and messaging
- Collaborate on SEO, analytics, and CRO initiatives
- Ensure the website supports lead capture, attribution, and sales enablement
Marketplaces & Ecommerce Channels
- Contribute in managing and optimizing presence on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, retail or B2B marketplaces)
- Improve product listings, keyword strategy, and conversion rates
- Monitor performance, attribution, and revenue impact from marketplace channels
HubSpot Operations & Marketing Infrastructure
- Assist stakeholders in the ownership of HubSpot marketing operations end-to-end
- Assist in building and maintaining:
- Campaigns and workflows
- Lifecycle stages and lead scoring
- Forms, landing pages, and automation
- Reporting and attribution dashboards
- Ensure clean data flow between Marketing and Sales

Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Proven experience in supporting stakeholders who own multiple channels (paid, social, web, marketplaces)
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (marketing + ops)
- Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on funnel and revenue metrics
- Comfortable working with and supporting stakeholders who are building systems from scratch
- Experience working closely with Sales teams
Bonus Experience
- B2B, B2C, or hybrid go-to-market experience
- Marketplace or ecommerce growth experience
- Experience in supporting the scaling of marketing in a high-growth environment
