Position Summary
The Social Media Specialist will support Arthrex Orlando’s digital presence by assisting with the creation, scheduling, and management of approved social media content. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing, communications, or healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and scheduling content for approved social media platforms
- Draft captions and posts aligned with Arthrex brand and compliance guidelines
- Capture and organize approved photos and short-form videos from events and team activities
- Maintain a content calendar and support campaign planning
- Monitor engagement and assist with basic analytics
- Ensure all content follows healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and Arthrex guidelines
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms; Canva experience a plus
- Professional, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Prefer to live within 50 miles
Schedule & Compensation
- 6-8 hours per week
