Empire Technological Group Limited DBA Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add a Casino Service Manager to our team!
Las Vegas
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with Sales to verify customer needs.
- Coordinate scheduling of resources for field projects.
- Effectively and efficiently managing the Casino Services and Logistics departments
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and lead service projects
- Lead logistics strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Oversee route planning for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure accurate records of shipments, transportation and other relevant information is maintained.
- Establish yourself as a knowledgeable leader who utilizes good judgement when issues arise or are made visible.
- Able to work cooperatively with others inside and outside the organization to accomplish common objectives.
- Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others.
- Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
- Provide input and direction to help ensure that success of the company.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Aruze Gaming Global complete product line.
- Ability to produce documentation, policies, procedures and perform tasks without supervision.
- Build a team environment, with the ability to supervise and delegate work.
- Work with minimal to no supervision in support of company goals and directives
- Actively participate in new product support planning
- Teach troubleshooting techniques to fellow workers and customers.
- Maintain a positive image of Aruze Gaming Global with co-workers and Aruze Gaming Global customers.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to provide support to outlying jurisdictions.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to resolve customer disputes.
- Able to successfully interface with customers on installation and service activities.
- Perform on call duties 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Establish yourself as a knowledgeable leader who utilizes good judgement when issues arise or are made visible.
- Able to work cooperatively with others inside and outside the organization to accomplish common objectives.
- Other duties as requested and /or assigned.
Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Management / Business or Electronics Degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 Year’s Experience in Service Support Environment
- Prior Gaming Experience preferred but not required
- Prior Management Experience preferred but not required
- Strong Technical Ability
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Computer Skills
