Deposit Operations Associate - Part Time
Description

The Deposit Operations Associate position involves contact with internal and external customers, particularly branches and internet banking customers. Job duties include various support functions in the Deposit Operations department. This position provides clerical support and backup within the department.

Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate personnel, handling routine customer inquiries

Route messages received via phone system, email, and call center to appropriate contacts

Assure compliance with Regulation P

Use Microsoft Excel to develop spreadsheets and input data

Process inbound and outbound mail

Process and log returned mail according to procedures

Create counter checks as needed

Index Driver’s License for New Accounts in accordance with bank policy

Scan and index various account documentation

Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Banking experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Able to exercise appropriate independent judgment and take action on it.

Exhibits visual speed and accuracy; is analytical, mathematical, and possesses creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Logical, organized and efficient, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure; demonstrates flexibility and the ability to grow with and respond to a changing work environment.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
