What Nonstop is Looking For:


Nonstop is seeking a high caliber, driven and technically fluent Senior Product Owner to own the Finance vertical of the business. ?This is a high-impact role for someone who understands health insurance operations and knows how to bring structure and clarity to complex product initiatives. ?You work in product because you love solving problems end-to-end. You’re comfortable navigating technical, operational, and commercial discussions, and translating complex concepts into easily digestible themes and stories. You thrive in fast-moving environments, and you bring clarity, structure, and momentum wherever you go. You are ready to drive initiatives that make real-world impact. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate a defined product vision for Finance into a clear and actionable roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams, to define strategies, solidify alignment, and drive outcomes
  • Oversee the development of financial workflows, driving speed and success
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive agile development cycles 
  • Work with Finance to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to communicate product value and execute strategies
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the end-to-end finance workflow, providing guidance to internal teams and external partners
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Healthcare insurance and Finance experience required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthtech and fintech products 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment  
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environment
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field
  • Applies critical thinking and balanced judgment to solve problems and drive confident decisions
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in AI-driven tools and solutions to improve processes, optimize performance, and support continuous innovation
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of healthcare (regulations like HIPAA, insurance workflows) AND financial services (banking, asset management, data)
  • Agile/Scrum Mastery: Proficient in Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story creation, and leading sprint planning/reviews
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent at aligning diverse stakeholders (executives, tech, customers) and managing expectations
  • Communication & Facilitation: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills to translate complex needs across technical and business teams
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking to define requirements, analyze data, and resolve complex issues
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead without direct authority, foster product culture, and drive cross-functional teams
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to shape product strategy and portfolio management, aligning with long-term business goals
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with specific tools like Jira, Figma, PostHogTableau, AI tools
  • Conflict Resolution: Skill in navigating disagreements and escalating issues effectively
  • Customer Focused: Deep empathy and experience in delighting internal and external customers
