E&E Foods is launching a search for a seasonal Front Office Receptionist at our Coffee Point Plant in Egegik, Alaska. In this role, the ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of a seafood processing plant. This position will be the ‘face of the office’ and will greet employees and fishermen as they walk into the office, answer the phone, and answer general questions as necessary. This person will be expected to uphold and demonstrate compliance with company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will:
Be self-directed, well-organized and comfortable in a diverse working and living environment. They must possess good verbal & written communication skills. Previous experience with Microsoft Office is required, as is Spanish language proficiency.
Job Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Work closely with Office Manager, employees, fishermen, and contractors
· Communicate clearly in an often-hectic environment
· Assisting in completion of employee paperwork/managing employee records
· Front desk/receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting walk-ins, connecting people with the help they need
· Assist in employee intake including ground transportation to/from plant as required, orientating new employees, and document verification
· Filing & data entry
· Must be able to speak and write in Spanish and English
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Other tasks as assigned

Salary and Benefits:
· The starting wage is $17.91 to $20.00 per hour straight time and $26.86 to $30.00 per hour overtime.
· Round trip airfare from largest city near point of hire to plan location in Alaska
· Free room and board
Work Environment and Living Location:
· Must be able to sustain a 12-hour per day/7 days-a-week work schedule for the duration of the season, approximately late-May/early-June through late-July/early-August
· Housing is dormitory style, and you may share a room with up to 3 people
· There are no health care options readily accessible, aside from an on-site nurse practitioner
· There is no cellphone signal and limited satellite internet available. Communication is limited
