Summary
The Managed Service Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving new business and expansion revenue for Denovo’s Oracle Managed Services offerings, including cloud infrastructure, ERP managed services, and modernization-focused solutions. This role requires a consultative, value-based sales approach that combines traditional managed services expertise with the ability to position no-code/low-code automation, modernization strategies, and applied AI solutions as transformative accelerators for customer outcomes.
The Account Executive will build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, lead opportunity cycles from prospecting to close, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Denovo’s managed service and now modernization and AI-driven capabilities are effectively aligned with customer needs.
Job Duties
Core Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to grow Oracle Managed Services revenue.
- Develop strategic relationships with C-suite and senior executives to influence long-term IT roadmap decisions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing Denovo’s managed services value proposition.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to create high-quality proposals.
- Drive sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring strong pipeline management and activity tracking.
- Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upsell-based growth.
- Develop referenceable accounts that can publicly advocate Denovo’s Managed Services offerings.
Modernization, No-Code & Process Automation Sales Responsibilities
As part of Denovo’s evolving go-to-market strategy, the Account Executive is responsible for positioning and selling modernization services, no-code/low-code solutions, workflow automation, and API-led integrations as critical components of the customer’s Oracle ecosystem modernization strategy:
Modernization & No-Code Strategy
- Position no-code/low-code platforms as extensions of Oracle ERP, enabling, rapid process automation, long-tail process digitization and reduction of ERP customizations.
- Introduce customers to Denovo’s modernization reference architectures, including, ERP-adjacent applications, mobile workforce enablement solutions and workflow automation (approvals, exception handling, data capture).
- Guide customers through modernization journeys such as JD Edwards optimization & extensions, Oracle Fusion optimization & extensions, sunsetting Excel-based and custom-code processes
Process Automation & Integration
- Sell API-led integration strategies that enhance agility and reduce dependency on legacy customizations.
- Identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and reduce cost of ownership.
Applied AI Sales Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Enablement
- Position Denovo’s Applied AI services, including, embedded AI within Oracle Cloud Applications, AI services on OCI, AI-driven workflow automation and decision support.
- Lead customer discussions on real business outcomes enabled by AI, such as intelligent approvals and routing, predictive insights and anomaly detection, and AI-assisted operations and service management
- Ensure customers understand AI governance principles including security, explainability, and compliance alignment.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to leverage modernization playbooks, AI use-case catalogs and Demo accelerators
- Lead or participate in client executive sessions including modernization strategy workshops and AI visioning conversations.
- Support pricing and packaging strategies for No-code solutions, AI-enabled services and Managed Services automation add-ons
- Ensure that modernization and AI services are sold as scalable, repeatable, margin-aware offerings.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, required. Master’s degree, a plus
- 5-7 years of Oracle sales and/or managed services sales experience.
- 2-3 years of selling Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This is a remote position open to work from anywhere within the United States. It requires a dedicated, quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection. Collaboration happens through virtual meetings and digital tools. While the role is primarily remote, employees may occasionally be required to attend meetings or perform work at a professional office or client site, depending on business needs.
Travel
This position requires up to 50% travel. Travel is typically withing a 3 to 5 state region and overnight, typically Monday – Thursday away from home.

- Must be able and willing to travel extensively via air and automobile.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, or able to obtain authorization through visa sponsorship.
The estimated base rate range for this position: $120,000.00 -$130,000.00 annually plus commission. The actual Salary range is based on fair market value based on your geographical location, skills, role requirements, and responsibilities. This posted compensation is a good faith and reasonable estimate. Denovo reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
