1. Day-to-Day Execution & Escalation Management

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for carrier and network operational issues.
  • Coordinate timely resolution of escalated issues by engaging relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify structural root causes and propose long-term improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the Product Owner for first-mile pickup processes, ensuring continuous optimization and alignment with customer requirements.

2. Network & Carrier Performance Management

  • Own reporting and analysis of carrier and network partner performance, including identification of SLA deviations.
  • Lead periodic carrier and partner business reviews, driving accountability and performance improvement.
  • Support customer facing teams as needed with customer meetings and business reviews, owning customer-facing network reporting and insights.

3. Operational Launch Management

  • Manage all network launch tasks for new merchants, partners, and carriers, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless network enablement for new customers.

4. Continuous Improvement, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all compliance scenarios are effectively supported across operational workflows.
  • Own initial escalation pathways for quality or compliance violations, engaging internal SMEs to resolve issues.
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on deviations, identified customer pain points, or changes in rules, regulations, and industry requirements.
  • Create relevant business requirements documents for new product launches

5. Project Leadership

  • Act as project manager for key operational initiatives, including new carrier launches, transportation changes, process redesigns, and new operational feature rollouts.
  • Develop project timelines, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure successful execution of strategic operational priorities.
Requirements

  

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in operations, cross-border, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, SOP creation, workflow optimization, and quality management.


This role is 100% remote, however we are only open to US or Canada candidates at this time.
