Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our business in the fire, life safety, and security industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success with a strong understanding of service sales and will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

· Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in mid-commercial arena

· Develop and implement sales strategies

· Generate new sales opportunities and close deals

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends

· Represent the company to customers and prospects in a professional manner

Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements

· 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fire, life safety and security industry or related field

· Focus on Security and Fire Alarm Solution Sales

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills. 

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


 Pay: Base pay plus commission plan, $500/month car allowance, $40/month phone allowance, fuel card - OTE $150,000+ on plan
