Critical Peake Electrical Services is hiring experienced electricians to support our growing commercial and industrial projects across the region. We’re looking for electricians who take pride in their work, want steady hours, and are ready to grow with a company that promotes from within.
What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a crew of journeymen and apprentices. Assign daily tasks, enforce PPE compliance, and foster a culture of accountability.
- Project Management: Manage commercial and residential projects from the ground up or during renovations. Track crew hours, monitor job costs, manage budgets, and maintain strict adherence to construction schedules.
- Technical Execution & Planning: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Plan project layouts and safely manage complex power wiring, switchgear installations, lighting controls, and service upgrades.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Journeyman License
- 10+ years of residential and commerical electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, customer-focused mindset
- Strong safety awareness and reliability

Salary Description
$40 to $45 per hour
