The Executive Director of Practice Management is responsible for the effective leadership of LucidHealth (LH) practices through implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and initiatives; acting as primary liaison with practice leaders and providers, clinical leadership and hospital executives; serving as relationship manager for all current and future LH customers; and providing leadership and support on radiology initiatives across LucidHealth practices.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a strategic partner to the practice president and board, overseeing governance, quality, staffing, and operational performance across practices.
- Provide leadership, oversight, and development of practice managers to ensure consistent, high-performing operations.
- Lead contract execution and management in collaboration with general counsel, maintaining knowledge of hospital quality, financial, and satisfaction requirements.
- Direct annual budgeting, financial performance monitoring, physician productivity, and labor cost management; implement cost-effective operational strategies.
- Oversee physician staffing strategy, including workforce planning, coverage for vacancies and leaves, use of locums/per diem resources, and coordination with HR.
- Act as primary liaison with hospital leadership, fostering strong relationships, resolving issues, aligning goals, and representing radiology quality and service capabilities.
- Drive performance management through KPI development, dashboard review, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
- Partner with clinical leadership to support quality programs, prepare and disseminate quality reports, and present performance data to hospital partners.

- Monitor radiology market trends and lead strategic planning for service expansion and organizational growth.
- Support physician recruitment efforts and ensure seamless onboarding into LucidHealth practices.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze performance, and drive fiscally responsible decisions.
- Proven project management capability, effectively leading multiple initiatives from planning through execution.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement sustainable solutions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related administrative discipline required; MBA or MHA strongly preferred. Experience in hospital and/or radiology settings preferred, including knowledge of teleradiology practice standards. At least 10 years of experience managing a physician group preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Based in a home or regional office with regular travel to radiology practices within the Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay region.
Full-time position with some evening and/or weekend hours, depending on operational needs.
