Description

The Commercial Training Consultant will help facilitate and deliver impactful training programs to elevate the knowledge and capabilities of customer-facing teams, including Field Sales, Field Leaders, Account Managers, and Nurse Educator roles.  This role will play a key part in preparing for an upcoming summer 2026 product launch.

In collaboration with Field Leadership, the Brand Team and various cross-functional partners the manager will lead the planning and execution of onboarding training initiatives that equip teams for launch readiness and sustained success.

There will be occasional longer-distance travel required for training events and key business meetings.   This is a remote role with East-Coast travel (~3-4 days monthly) required.

Essential Responsibilities/Scope of the Job

· Finalize, implement, and facilitate training programs and workshops as required

· Facilitate training content that improves the desired outcome for our field teams in partnership with the training team and cross-functional partners

· Partner in the processes associated with the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review for appropriate training assets

· Responsible for coordinating & facilitating new hire onboarding training

Responsible for leadership development training & facilitation (1st line and 2nd line field leaders) 

Take part in continuous cross-functional launch readiness planning, coordination, and execution for home-study, onboarding, field readiness, national launch meeting, NSMs, and other training needs 

· Perform other training operational duties as needed

Position Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company within a commercial organization
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with training operations and facilitating training workshops to small and large groups
  • Experience in training selling skills, territory management, product knowledge/disease state knowledge, business acumen, market access & reimbursement
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e.g., mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines amidst shifting priorities  

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous roles within field sales, field leadership and commercial training teams

· Experience supporting a Launch a plus

Therapeutic experience in Respiratory / Asthma 

· Experience building and maintaining relationships across an organization

· Experience in the following:  LMS administration, Veeva CRM, Mentoring programs
