JOB TITLE: Sr. Program Analyst 

POSITION NUMBER: 2301-SRPA1-PAMSS

POSITION LOCATION: Idaho Falls, ID

ANTICIPATED START DATE: Proposal Contingent

TRAVEL: As required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position


ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, bioinformatics, and administrative program support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other Federal and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)


SCOPE OF WORK


Provides senior-level analytical and coordination support to DOE programs, supporting complex task assignments, management reporting, and cross-functional coordination under the direction of the Program Manager.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 


· Lead task tracking and performance reporting.

· Prepare briefings and analyses for senior management.

· Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of program analysis or management support experience. 
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Office, and enterprise reporting tools

Desirable:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible federal program or project management experience.
  • Experience in task-order or task-assignment federal contracts. 
  • Experience working at  DOE, HHS (CDC/NIH), or DoD on services contracts.
  • Experience working with a diverse interdisciplinary team
  • Experience with  Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and reporting dashboards.

Language Skills:

  • The candidate must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills.

REQUIREMENT: Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.
