About the Role

This role will lead the prioritization, planning, and execution of the purchasing and budgeting capabilities across our different products, working in partnership with the development lead and agile team. Working in a fast-paced product development environment and employing agile disciplines, the Sr. Product Manager will continuously assess and synthesize customer needs, market demands, and organizational goals and priorities to make continuous adjustments to the product roadmap, whilst executing product roadmap priorities and the company’s strategic goals.

The Sr. Product Manager will also interact and coordinate across nearly every aspect of Procurement Partners - sales, marketing, services, and support – to ensure single motion Go-To-Market execution and delighting customers at every interaction point.

You will have a background in Procure-to-Pay or similar space and a solid track record in a product management function at a SaaS-based company. You are passionate about creating products that impact healthcare delivery and making a positive difference for both patients and healthcare workers. You thrive on working in a collaborative environment and feel empowered to contribute to the creativity of a highly dynamic team.

 What You’ll Do

  • Own a functional domain spanning purchasing and budgeting within the Procure-to-Pay ecosystem.
  • Define, position, and execute a product vision and strategy that delivers best-in-class purchasing and budgeting capabilities for our core markets, with measurable business and customer impact.
  • Drive competitive intelligence and partner with Go-To-Market teams to clearly position roadmap investments and delivered features in the market.
  • In partnership with Product Owners and Engineering Leads, deliver scalable purchasing solutions that replace or extend legacy enterprise systems, enabling shared services and platform consolidation.
  • Continuously assess customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to refine priorities and optimize roadmap execution.
  • Align stakeholders across product, engineering, commercial, and customer teams to ensure strong execution and adoption.
Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer problems into scalable product solutions that drive measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Experience operating in a SaaS environment with rapid iteration, continuous delivery, and strong customer feedback loops.
  • Strong ability to lead, influence, and collaborate within cross-functional agile teams and partner effectively with engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders to prioritize tradeoffs and drive alignment.
  • Hands-on experience with modern product management and delivery tools such as Pendo, Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Strategic thinker and strong communicator, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution and operational priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (approximately 3–10 days per quarter, including air travel).
