Description
Account Service Intern

The Account Service Intern supports our account and client service teams by assisting with day-to-day project coordination and internal communication. This role provides hands-on exposure to agency operations, client relationships, and the fundamentals of account service.

A Day In The Life: Account Service Intern

No two days look exactly the same — and that’s part of the fun.

On any given day, you might start by checking in with your account team to review priorities and deadlines. From there, you could be helping coordinate a client project, sitting in on an internal meeting, or assisting with status updates to keep work moving forward.

Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with account leads and internal teams, learning how projects move from idea to execution. You’ll help organize timelines, track deliverables, and support the behind-the-scenes details that keep client work on track.

You’ll also have time built in for learning — whether that’s asking questions, shadowing meetings, or getting feedback on how things could be done more efficiently. By the end of the summer, you’ll have a clear understanding of how an agency operates, how teams collaborate, and what it really means to support great client work.

About You

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and curious about how advertising agencies work behind the scenes. You enjoy working with people, juggling multiple tasks, and keeping things moving. You’re eager to learn, willing to jump in wherever needed, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment.
