We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Call Center Agent with a strong emphasis on sales. In this role, you will engage with inbound and outbound customers to promote products and services, identify sales opportunities, and close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is persuasive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a strong focus on converting leads into sales
     
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
     
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
     
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers through clear, confident communication
     
  • Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to close sales
     
  • Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems
     
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate
     
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and promotions
     
  • Adhere to call center scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards



Requirements

  Required Qualifications 

  • High school diploma
     
  • 1+ year of call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
     
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
     
  • Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
     
  • Comfort working toward sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics
     
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or call center software
