Description

We’re hiring a Front of House Manager to lead daily service operations and deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment venue. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, and keeping service running smoothly during busy shifts and events. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and guest services
  • Manage guest flow, reservations, and seating during peak times
  • Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Build schedules and manage labor efficiently
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Partner with the events team on large groups and private events
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
  •  2+ years management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with reservation systems and POS platforms
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand and move throughout a multi-level venue
  • Background check required

Pay & Perks

  • $52,000–$62,000 annually, based on experience
