Description
We’re hiring a Front of House Manager to lead daily service operations and deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment venue. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, and keeping service running smoothly during busy shifts and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and guest services
- Manage guest flow, reservations, and seating during peak times
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Build schedules and manage labor efficiently
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Partner with the events team on large groups and private events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- 2+ years management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reservation systems and POS platforms
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand and move throughout a multi-level venue
- Background check required
Pay & Perks
- $52,000–$62,000 annually, based on experience
