About You

Your Impact

As an Account Executive focused on client growth and retention, you are responsible for driving expansion revenue within an existing portfolio of accounts. You serve as a trusted advisor while also owning the sales process for renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts with responsibility for renewals, retention, and expansion revenue
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of account growth opportunities, tracking progress and forecasting revenue through CRM tools
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers to uncover new business needs
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client goals, usage, and performance
  • Lead renewal and contract expansion conversations with a consultative, value-driven sales approach
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights to improve services and offerings
  • Drive predictable revenue growth through strategic account management and inside sales execution
  • Support clients across the Pacific region

Your success will be measured by renewal rates, pipeline health, expansion revenue, and long-term account growth.

    


Requirements

   

To succeed in this role, you bring a blend of consultative selling skills, relationship management, and revenue ownership.


Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Executive, Account Management, or customer-focused sales roles
  • Proven ability to drive renewals, upsell, and account expansion within an existing client base
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to uncover needs and align solutions to business outcomes
  • Experience managing pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong organization and follow-through
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Delivery, or Implementation teams
  • Comfort using CRM tools and data to track opportunities and account performance
  • Up to 15% travel

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or recurring-revenue environments
  • Prior experience supporting education, workforce training, or online learning organizations
  • Familiarity with customer success frameworks such as health scores, success plans, and QBRs
  • Experience leading strategic account reviews and renewal planning
  • Located in Arizona, Oregon, or Texas
