Description

ABOUT THE POSITION:

  • This is our entry level position into our pool service division. 
  • We will train you in all aspects of water chemistry, pool circulation, filtration, cleaning, as well as minor repairs for equipment.

NO WEEKENDS – Shift is M-F, starting at 7:00a.m. During peak season, (Spring/Fall), our team members work between 50-60 hours per week with all work over 40 hours each week at 1.5x hourly rate. 

**Our service department typically works nine (9) months a year (March-November).


COMPENSATION

  • $18.00/hr. base wage during training period, elevates to $19.00/hr. upon successful completion of training period.
  • Year-End Bonus Potential - paid based on the employee’s performance and the company’s success.

ABOUT YOU:


Requirements for Entry Level Technicians:

  • Requires aptitude for learning all aspects of pool services.
  • Assist Weekly Maintenance Leaders and other skilled technicians with all aspects of pool services.
  • Requires ability to ambulate, use of both arms and legs, bending, and lifting buckets and boxes of chemicals and supplies.

What You Will Learn:

  • Knowledge and experience with pool automation systems, including automatic controllers.
  • Knowledge and experience of pool water circulation equipment and setting or replacing system components. 
  • Knowledge and experience of water chemistry and balancing. 
  • Knowledge and experience of opening and closing pools, removing, installing winter safety covers. 

Additional Requirements:

  • Be at our facility in Erlanger, KY, M-F, ready to work at 7: 00A.M, work required overtime.
