Major Duties and Responsibilities
Performance & Coaching
- Coordinates initiatives that elevate coaching standards, internal service expectations, and core values-based behavior.
- Provides coaching and guidance to leaders on employee development, periodic performance reviews, and growth planning; identifies obstacles and recommends solutions to improve employee performance and reduce gaps.
- Guides managers through coaching progression with the goal of improving performance and engagement.
Culture, Engagement, & Leadership Support
- Plans, facilitates, and supports culture initiatives and employee engagement activities across the organization.
- Advocates for practices that enhance team effectiveness, continuous improvement, progressive thinking, and personal mastery.
- Collaborates with leaders to identify operational inconsistencies or cultural challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Observes and coaches departments on internal and external interactions to reinforce service standards and service promises.
Administration, Reporting & Analytics
- Develops, deploys, and manages tools and processes to measure internal and external service effectiveness.
- Oversees culture and engagement platforms to gather feedback, monitor trends, ensure usability, analyze results, and report insights to leadership.
- Translates performance, engagement, and manager effectiveness data into actionable insights that support organizational strategy and strengthen culture.
- Gathers employee feedback through surveys, interviews, and conversations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provides reporting and analytics related to performance, culture, coaching outcomes, and engagement trends.
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Additionally, all employees must follow policies and procedures to minimize risk by exercising judgment, raising questions to management, and adhering to policy guidelines.
Experience
Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
A college degree or commensurate experience.
Interpersonal Skills
A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.

Physical Requirements
Able to travel to all areas of responsibility, including out-of-town branches and departments within buildings to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely
attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.

Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence.
