Hi, we’re Actabl.
We’re providing better solutions for hotel companies as the world around us evolves and changes related to using technology, finding labor, and maximizing profits. Our mission is to empower the people that power hospitality. We give hoteliers actionable insights to know what to do, the tools to do it, and the visibility to know it worked. We bring together powerful hospitality tech solutions to maximize profits for more than 10,000 properties in hospitality markets around the world.
Our Valued Behaviors
- Start with People: We are in the hospitality business and hospitality starts with people. This impacts both our being and our doing.
- Being: We are responsible for building relationships, earning trust, and having fun. These things are fundamental to hospitality.
- Doing: We will succeed if we start with great people working as one team. Empower others, speak the truth with care, and go together.
- Demand Integrity: Be trustworthy, be ethical, and be consistent whether someone is watching or not. Demand integrity of yourself and others to build the fabric of a high-integrity organization.
- Delight the Customer: We aim to delight our customers in the same way our customers aim to delight their guests. The question is not if completed a process or hit a metric, the question is whether or not the customer is delighted.
- Champion Innovation: We compete in the game of change and win through innovation. Think big and then think bigger when it comes to the innovation required to tackle the problems our customers face daily.
- Make it Happen: We show up prepared, care about the details, and follow through. Don't get distracted. Don't stop at blockers. Don't make excuses. Find a way and drive until it is done.

The TPM operates at the intersection of strategy and execution — driving clarity across complex programs, strengthening delivery systems, building engineering metrics infrastructure, enabling AI-native workflows, and serving as a trusted operational partner to the CTO and CPO. This role is accountable for ensuring initiatives move from strategy to done, with visibility, discipline, and measurable outcomes.
Essential Duties
1. Platform Modernization — Program Execution
- Own cross-team delivery for Actabl’s largest engineering modernization initiative.
- Drive program planning, sequencing, and dependency management across 3–6 teams, including nearshore partners.

- Own implementation and operationalization of Actabl’s engineering metrics infrastructure.
- Configure Jira and Pluralsight Flow to enable automated DORA metrics reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards that surface delivery health for teams and executives.
- Translate metrics into diagnostic insights, not just reporting.
- Identify systemic friction (cycle time, rework, deployment stability) and partner with EMs to resolve root causes.
3. AI Enablement & Engineering Productivity
- Lead adoption and governance of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
- Measure velocity, quality, and stability impact to manage the AI Productivity Paradox.
- Build internal AI champion network and enablement programming.
- Establish guardrails and governance for responsible AI adoption.
- Partner with CTO and Engineering Managers to embed AI-native workflows.
4. Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) Maturity
- Drive consistency in delivery practices across all Actabl product lines (ProfitSword, ALICE, Hotel Effectiveness, Transcendent).
- Use delivery metrics to diagnose process inconsistency and bottlenecks.
- Lead adoption of unified PDLC standards without heavy process overhead.
- Surface cross-product dependencies and planning risks.
- Improve systemic delivery reliability across teams.
5. Chief of Staff — CTO & CPO
- Prepare and organize executive reviews, OKR sessions, quarterly planning materials, and board reporting.
- Coordinate Product & Technology All Hands planning and follow-through.
- Track cross-team action items and decision logs.
- Proactively surface and escalate delivery risks.
- Improve executive operating rhythm and cross-functional clarity.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience managing complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.

- Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in high-growth or transformation environments preferred.
Technical Fluency
- Working knowledge of modern cloud architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with service-based distributed systems and database considerations.

- Exposure to AI coding tools and productivity workflows.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business clarity.
What Success Looks Like at 6–12 Months
- ProfitSword modernization executing against a clear, trusted cross-team plan — on schedule into Hi-Tech
- Engineering metrics dashboard live, automated, and used in OPP and ASG reporting
- PDLC consistency improving across at least three product lines
