As we continue to expand our portfolio of power transfer, protection, and metering solutions,
New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to lead cross functional teams in bringing new power products from concept to market.
What You will do:
Project Management (˜80%)
· Own and manage cross-functional projects from concept approval through production launch, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
· Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and regulatory teams to align technical, manufacturing, and business objectives.
· Lead project governance activities including status reviews, issue escalation, and corrective action planning.
· Identify project risks early, drive mitigation plans, and resolve execution roadblocks to maintain momentum.
New Product Development (˜20%)
· Support new product development efforts by leading project execution, from early concept coordination through design verification, validation, certification, and launch.
· Partner with engineering and quality teams to ensure design intent, regulatory requirements, and production readiness are achieved.
What You will Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
· Proven experience managing complex projects from concept through production release in a manufacturing or product development environment.
· Working knowledge of UL/CSA/ANSI standards, certification processes, and compliance testing preferred
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
· Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
· PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
