We are seeking a remote Clinical Psychologist who is fluent in Spanish and is passionate about supporting families navigating neurodevelopmental diagnoses. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working remotely for an organization that prioritizes work–life balance.


This is a 1099 contractor position requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with full-time availability preferred.


In this position, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations for young children (ages 2–6) with suspected ASD, using tools such as the ADOS-2, CARS-2, and other evidence-based assessments.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected autism spectrum disorder
  • Administer ADOS-2, CARS-2, and complementary assessment tools
  • Prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports that meet insurance requirements
  • Review findings with families and provide recommendations for services
  • Coordinate evaluation schedules, waitlists, and communication with the outreach team and Sr. Director of Diagnostic Assessment
  • Participate in ongoing professional learning related to ASD evaluations and best practices
  • Perform occasional in-person assessments within the region (minimal travel)

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Psychologist
  • PSYPACT licensed
  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD/PsyD) or equivalent
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • HSPP endorsement (per state requirement)
  • Successful completion of the EPPP
  • Experience with ADOS-2 and autism-specific diagnostic testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A family-centered, compassionate approach
  • Ability to work directly with children during assessments
  • Candidates must have availability to work during Eastern/Central Standard Time zones
