Your Role

You will develop and manage production schedules that ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are aligned for on-time delivery. This role is critical to ABEC’s success—balancing resources, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement across global operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and capacity targets
  • Partner with Project Management and Senior Leadership on strategic planning and milestone execution
  • Oversee material availability and inventory to prevent shortages
  • Coordinate resources across machines, manpower, and departments
  • Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement recovery plans
  • Drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Communicate effectively across purchasing, engineering, and operations teams 
Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.  Engineering degree a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in custom/specialist manufacturing environments
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management
  • Proficiency in MRP systems (Infor Syteline a plus), MS Project, and MS Office
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives
