Pay Rate - $16-$20/hr (based on experience)

Location – Accokeek, MD

Hours – Flexible hours – Up to 40 hours a week.  One weekend day is required

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Automotive Detailer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of automotive buffing and polishing who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in automotive reconditioning. A strong passion for vehicle appearance and quality workmanship is essential.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of buffing and polishing automotive vehicles
• Willingness to learn and grow on the job
• Passion for automotive reconditioning and vehicle appearance
• Highly motivated, reliable, and punctual
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

Responsibilities:

• Perform buffing and polishing as needed
• Complete interior and exterior detailing, including:
  • Washing and drying vehicle exteriors
  • Cleaning wheels and tires
  • Cleaning windows
  • Interior detailing, including seats, floors, carpets, and surfaces
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Properly maintain tools and equipment
• Follow company quality and safety standards
