Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for producing and publishing marketing deliverables that support QVF’s products and services. This role owns day-to-day marketing execution across content, email, website updates, social media, event support, and collateral—partnering with leadership on priorities while personally completing the work. Success is measured by consistent output, quality, and performance results.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned.
- Execute the marketing plan by translating priorities into a monthly/weekly deliverables calendar and tracking timelines and progress.
- Create and maintain a consistent corporate brand/image voice across product lines, events, promotional materials, website, and company departments.
- Spot new marketing opportunities for the company and carry out marketing initiatives, tracking results and sharing learnings with the team.
- Responsible for executing company promotional and advertising communications projects, including digital, print, and special events, to execute parts of the marketing plan.
- Create relevant reports on marketing programs, including post-event reports, regular status reports, and analyses with insights and recommendations for the management team.
- Design, produce, and distribute collateral and promotional materials to support the company’s sales and marketing programs.
- Track and monitor the company’s marketing budget, maintain supporting documentation, and flag variances for review.
- Assist in hiring contractors, including copywriters, advertising and marketing agencies, and external consultants; and also serve as a liaison with contractors.
- Responsible for all company interactions on social media, including responding to messages, creating messages, and uploading photos, and escalating urgent items as needed.
- Apply effective social media tactics to build brand awareness and drive inbound traffic, strengthening the company’s social media presence.
- Apply digital analytics and media tracking tools to generate reports on social media performance.
- Create original, error-free, clear, and concise copy for website content, promotional materials, blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns that supports campaigns and drives engagement.
- Implement measures to track the success of marketing and communication efforts; gather performance data and produce reports for the management team.
- Gather the materials necessary to understand the project and competition, such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze these materials to determine the most effective communications approach.
- Based on assessment, drafts and executes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, and direct mail.

· Expertise in building and sending email campaigns in Constant Contact.

This is a full-time position.
Required Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
· Three to five years of hands-on marketing experience producing content, running email campaigns, managing social media, creating collateral, and reporting basic performance metrics,
· A portfolio of relevant previous projects is highly preferred.
