Position Overview:


We are seeking a proactive Clinical & Doctor Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of clinical talent with a special focus on residency programs for Specialty Dental Brands. This role combines strategic sourcing with relationship management to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for our clinical teams!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clinical candidates, with an emphasis on residency programs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with doctors, residents, and clinical staff to understand their career goals and match them with opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including professional networks, social media, job boards, and residency programs.
  • Track and report on candidate engagement, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at events, residency fairs, and other networking opportunities.
  • Support candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in clinical, healthcare, or physician sourcing/recruiting.
  • Familiarity with residency programs and graduate medical education pipelines is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
