DEPARTMENT: Service

REPORTS TO: Service Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Service Concierge will be at the direction of the Service Manager and will be the direct initial person of contact for every new or existing customer. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.
  • Create excitement and set appointments for customers to drive our world class automobiles.
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our state of the art auto stores.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
  • Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.
  • Facilitate Sales and Service CSI above pinnacle standard. 
  • Maintain phone call fail rate to under 7% CTP. 
  • Fleet utilization above 80% and manage Valet service. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction
  • Willing to participate in skills and product training
  • Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Proficient with computers, emails, smart phones and the web
  • Bilingual in Spanish
Requirements

 

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening test
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must have a valid Texas Driver License
  • Bilingual Preferred
