As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth, expanding our client base, leading impactful client engagements, and mentoring our talented consultants. Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:
    • Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with target clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the firm's market presence.
    • Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition of our services.
    • Network actively within relevant industries and professional organizations to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Client Engagement Leadership:
    • Lead and oversee complex consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project teams.
    • Provide strategic guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
    • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering strong and lasting partnerships.
  • Firm Leadership & Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development and execution of the firm's overall strategy and growth initiatives.
    • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to key decision-making processes.
    • Identify opportunities for service innovation and expansion.
    • Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership.
    • Uphold the firm's values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Team Development & Mentorship:
    • Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
    • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to project teams.
    • Contribute to the recruitment and retention of top talent.
    • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the firm.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage personal and team billability targets.
    • Contribute to the overall financial health and profitability of the firm.
    • Accurately forecast revenue and manage engagement budgets.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 15 + years of progressive experience in management consulting.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep expertise in [Specific Industry/Functional Area(s) relevant to your firm].
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex consulting engagements.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with experience interacting at the executive level.

Salary Description
