Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with target clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the firm's market presence.
- Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition of our services.
- Network actively within relevant industries and professional organizations to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Client Engagement Leadership:
- Lead and oversee complex consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project teams.
- Provide strategic guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering strong and lasting partnerships.
- Firm Leadership & Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the firm's overall strategy and growth initiatives.
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to key decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for service innovation and expansion.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership.
- Uphold the firm's values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Team Development & Mentorship:
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to project teams.
- Contribute to the recruitment and retention of top talent.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the firm.
- Financial Management:
- Manage personal and team billability targets.
- Contribute to the overall financial health and profitability of the firm.
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage engagement budgets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 15 + years of progressive experience in management consulting.
- Proven track record of successful business development and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep expertise in [Specific Industry/Functional Area(s) relevant to your firm].
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex consulting engagements.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with experience interacting at the executive level.
