Description

 We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing efforts across multiple business divisions, with a primary focus on Action Overhead Garage Door and Dem-Con’s solid waste businesses.
 

This role blends strategy and execution and is ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys owning outcomes, analyzing data, managing vendors, and driving measurable growth across both B2C and B2B channels. 


 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Digital & Paid Media
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), Microsoft Ads, and PPC campaigns
• Track marketing spend, lead quality, conversions, and ROI
• Manage Google and Microsoft Business Profiles
• Collaborate with third-party agencies on optimization and performance
 

SEO & Social Media
• Support SEO and local SEO strategies
• Manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Build content calendars and monitor engagement
 

Email Marketing & ServiceTitan
• Own ServiceTitan Marketing Pro as the internal subject-matter expert
• Build and manage email campaigns, automations, newsletters, and promotions
• Track lead attribution and campaign performance
• Present marketing insights and recommendations to leadership
 

Traditional Marketing & Web
• Manage print advertising, mailers, publications, and local media
• Oversee website content and web presence
• Coordinate with designers, printers, and media vendors
• Conduct A/B testing to improve results
 

Vendor, Budget & Reporting
• Serve as the primary contact for marketing agencies and vendors
• Develop and manage marketing budgets
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations
 

Brand & Growth
• Maintain consistent branding across business units
• Support division-specific marketing needs
• Identify new marketing opportunities and tools 

Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS
• 5–10+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LSA, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms
• Understanding of SEO, lead attribution, and ROI
• Experience managing agencies and vendors
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn ServiceTitan Marketing Pro

Salary Description
$105,000 – $135,000 annually
