Schedule: Full-Time M-F

Job Summary: Montana’s premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a motivated Field Technician with an eagerness to learn and the ability to truly understand our customers. While a technical background would be preferred, no hot tub experience is required as we provide top-of-the-line training, and we want to teach you.  We offer long-term opportunities for career advancement. Technician Responsibilities:

• Commit to becoming a hot tub and sauna expert

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Water Maintenance and delivery

• Ability to learn water chemistry

• Add notes to customer files

• Communicate with service team when needed

• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Experience:

• Prior delivery or hot tub maintenance background is encouraged but not mandatory

• Loves working in the outdoors
