Description
This position is an integral link between Clients, Carriers and the Agency, responsible for the day-to-day handling of a current book of business as well as associated renewals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Handles day-to-day client and carrier questions as well as other needs associated with a book of business
- Quotes all renewals and is ultimately accountable for client renewal books
- Prepares renewal submissions
- Manages binding requests, binders and policy deliverables.
- Maintains customer information within the Company’s agency management systems
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Key Competencies: Communication Skills; Results Orientation; Organizational Skills; Detail Orientation
- Minimum of 3 years of account management and professional lines experience including errors & omissions, employment practice liability, cyber, allied medical, directors & officers, and tech E&O.
- Must obtain P&C License in home state
- High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Target base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000
