Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Kodiak, Alaska.

This role supports a critical access hospital providing imaging across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and trauma settings.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a hybrid CT/X-ray role ideal for technologists who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multi-modality environment with a wide patient population.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts
• Shift Options: Evenings or Nights
• Typical Hours:
  – 17:00–03:30
  – 07:00–17:30
• Weekend call required
• Minimal additional call coverage
• No guaranteed block scheduling

COMPENSATION
• Gross: $2,679 per week
• W2: $20.00 per hour
• Tax-Free Stipend: $1,799 per week

ADDITIONAL PERKS
• Furnished housing provided by facility
• Rental vehicle provided for duration of assignment

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform CT imaging across multiple patient populations
• Assist with contrast administration and venipuncture
• Support trauma and emergency imaging
• Provide X-ray coverage as needed
• Maintain imaging quality and patient safety standards

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Critical access hospital setting
• Level IV trauma support
• Mixed inpatient, outpatient, and emergency imaging
• Independent workflow with broad scope of practice

• ARRT (CT) certification REQUIRED
• ARRT (R) / X-ray certification REQUIRED
• BLS REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year CT Technologist experience REQUIRED
• Experience with contrast administration and venipuncture REQUIRED
• Ability to perform X-ray duties REQUIRED
• Willingness to take call and weekend coverage REQUIRED

Preferred:
• Trauma imaging experience
• Epic experience

Important Notes:
• No locals accepted
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Hepatitis B vaccination REQUIRED
• No pets allowed in facility housing
