Job Summary:
As a Deployment Technician on the AbeTech Services team, this position will be responsible for completing the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware orders as scheduled by the Production Supervisor and/or project management team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Complete the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware as outlined in the documentation
2. Proactively communicate to the Production supervisor when issues, questions or concerns arise with deployments
3. Work at a pace that enables work to be completed within schedule time yet ensure quality results
4. Keep your workspace clean and organized
5. Maintain AbeTech standard of 4-hour response to all tickets and communication
6. Accurately enter time within ConnectWise as you progress throughout your day
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma
- 1-3 years of technical experience
- Must be able to read and follow directions
- Must be able to work in a team environment and independently
