This is a full-time, consultative, relationship-driven sales role at our Glastonbury, CT location—one of our newest and busiest Connecticut stores. If you’re compassionate, results-oriented, and motivated by meaningful impact and commission-based earnings, we’d love to connect.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and identify appropriate solutions
- Educate clients on the benefits of proper arch support
- Recommend tailored product solutions aligned with individual goals and lifestyle needs
- Guide clients through product fittings and selection to ensure optimal comfort and fit
- Build long-term client relationships through follow-up communication and exceptional service
- Support daily store operations, including light inventory management and maintaining store presentation
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales performance goals

Strong Earning Potential
- Competitive hourly base range: $20-23 per hour
- Annual compensation includes hourly base plus commission: $60,000–$80,000

We invest in you. You’ll complete a paid two-week Arch Support Specialist Certification and receive ongoing training in product knowledge, sales strategy, and client care

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Consultative sales experience; commission-based or quota-driven experience required
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering professional, respectful, and solution-oriented consultations
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Proven success handling and overcoming pricing objections with professionalism and confidence
- Genuine passion for helping others improve their quality of life
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage in and facilitate role-playing scenarios for training, problem-solving, and skill development purposes
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing defined sales goals
- Must be able to work weekends and select holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with constant talking, standing, walking, kneeling, assisting clients to remove or put on shoes, bending, reaching, and the ability to assist clients on their walk and balance tests as appropriate
- Lift up to 40 pounds
