Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze, coordinate and perform hands on maintenance of thermoforming tooling using internal and external resources either in house or at customers
- Support with start-up of new and existing thermoforming tools in the field
- Collect and analyze process data and conclude with possible process/tooling optimization
- Hold training classes in-house for our customers
- Collaborating with Sales and Service Team at Brueckner Group USA
- Regular exchange with our tooling hub in Europe(Germany/Netherlands)
- Participate in new tooling projects
- Other duties as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma in combination with a technical (tooling) apprenticeship or hands-on training
- Thermoforming process experience preferred
- Injection molding tool or other tooling experience as an alternative
- Up to 50% travel required
