Your Daily Mission:

  • Service Excellence: Assist in providing high-quality maintenance and service calls on residential systems according to Edelman standards.
  • The Customer Experience: Provide homeowners with a high-quality, "World Class" experience from the moment you walk through the door.
  • Continuous Learning: Work under the Service Manager to sharpen your skills and become an expert in the trades.
  • The Edelman Standard: Maintain a clean workspace and ensure every maintenance task is completed with integrity and precision.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • The Vibe: A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a heart for service.
  • The Commitment: Readiness to work a flexible schedule (weekdays and weekends) between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
  • The Drive: A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
  • The Basics: Ability to perform physical tasks associated with residential maintenance.
