Base Pay: $80,000–$85,000

Location and Staff: This is a Full-Time Regional Float PT position serving outpatient orthopedic clinics across the Boise metro region. You’ll rotate between clinics based on patient needs and coverage, with mileage reimbursement included.

The Position and The Company:
Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is a private practice helping lead the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With a large portion of primary care visits tied to musculoskeletal conditions, we’re putting Physical Therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics to support faster, more accurate treatment and better outcomes.
This position may be a unique role, where most of your days will serve as a ptacticing Physical Therapist, bringing consistent, high-quality outpatient orthopedic care to multiple clinics, whereas other time may be spent overseeing RTM monitoring and Home Exercise Program check ins enabling you to grow professionally outside of patient care.
What Does Your Role Look Like?
- Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic PT care across multiple clinics.
- Maintain caseload averages of 11–12 patients/day with 1:1 time.
- Treatment autonomy, allowing you to use the practice approach you feel is most effective.
- Collaborate with experienced PTs, sports specialists, and local providers.
- May support RTM check-ins (HEP progress outreach & care team communication) as needed.
