Stone Transformation is seeking a Product Management Consultant to lead product strategy and execution for life sciences and healthcare clients undergoing major transformations. You will work directly with client leadership to conduct deep discovery, craft outcome-focused roadmaps, coach client PM teams on modern product operating models, and deliver measurable acceleration in time-to-market, adoption, and business value.
Reporting to Stone Product Management leadership, you’ll operate with high autonomy on engagements while contributing to our firm’s thought leadership (e.g., AI-empowered PM practices, capability building). This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who thrives translating complex science/regulatory needs into user-centered products that patients and providers love.
Required:
- 8–12+ years of product management experience, including full lifecycle ownership (discovery through delivery) in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proven ability to lead customer/user discovery, prioritize using data + frameworks, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder influence without authority, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience coaching or transforming product teams and operating models (Agile, product-led, etc.).
- Comfort operating independently on client engagements while collaborating with firm leads.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and prioritization skills.
Nice to Have:
- Consulting or client-facing transformation experience (especially life sciences/pharma).
- Background in enterprise digital transformations, platform modernizations, or regulated industries.
- Change management, analytics integration, or relevant certifications (CSPO, etc.).
What Success Looks Like:
- Delivered client roadmaps that accelerated product launches or improved adoption metrics by X% (anonymized examples if possible).
- Built or transformed client PM capabilities, leaving teams stronger post-engagement.
- Contributed to firm growth through thought leadership, repeat business, or internal best practices.
