HTS is currently seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at a skilled nursing facility located on the west side of South Bend, IN. The OTA will provide high-quality occupational therapy to residents in a supportive environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.


· Part-time position at approximately 20 hours per week.

· Flexible schedule: 5-day or 3-day workweek.

· The facility is a long-established senior care community located on the riverfront of St. Joseph River. This small community offers rehab, skilled nursing, long term care, and assisted living. 

· Large fully-equipped therapy gym. 


Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis. 

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. 


Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
