Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with corporate accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and fixed assets.
- Oversee and support the account receivables team.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and financial reporting.
- Establishes and maintains accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS and Group Accounting standards, based on best practices approaches.
- Help develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Reconciles and adjusts bank accounts to manage cash flow.
- Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in audit coordination and financial compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with managing a team
