Job Summary:
- This position will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition within a defined set of large, named enterprise accounts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own a list of named enterprise accounts with a mandate to acquire new customers.
- Develop and execute strategic account-based plans to identify key stakeholders, understand business priorities, and create entry points.
- Lead all aspects of the sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Product teams to tailor messaging and solutions to specific account needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM systems; regularly report on progress toward acquisition targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in lead qualification, outbound strategy, and pipeline generation.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on performance and development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience in enterprise account management & strategic sales.
- Proven success managing complex sales processes
- Strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of saas metrics and performance metrics
Required Education
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic new logo sales.
- 5 + years in a saas business
- Bachelors Degree or higher is preferred
